The theme of HAMER’s logo was determined by Prof. Zafer Öztek, M.D. and Associate Prof. Hakan Altıntaş, M.D., E.M.D.M. The logo was drawn by Banu Bulduk, a postgraduate student of the Department of Graphic Design at Hacettepe University Faculty of Fine Arts. The logo symbolizes the delivery of HAMER’s services to the recipients.

HAMER’s logo was approved by HAMER Executive Committee on October 16th, 2008, in the first meeting of the Executive Committee. The Rector of H.U. Prof. Uğur Erdener, M.D. approved the logo (Date: 16 January 2009, Number: 436-180) and it has been in use as the official logo of the Center since then.

On April 26th, 2012, in its 7th session, the Senate of Hacettepe University approved amendments in the bylaw and logo of HAMER (Decision Number: 2012-107). These amendments were published in the Official Newspaper (Date: 15 May 2012, Tuesday, No: 28293) and HAMER’s new official logo came into use.
